Bubble Lounge Boutique Return Policy
We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy before purchasing, as all policies are strictly enforced.
Store Credit & Exchanges Only
Bubble Lounge Boutique offers exchange or store credit for returns only. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizing or styling — we are happy to assist before you purchase.
Return Window
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered (online orders) or purchased (in-store).
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags attached. If an item is in packaging, it must be in original condition with no signs of damage.
We do not accept returns on:
- Cosmetics or skincare items
- Undergarments
- Bathing suits
- Oils or fragrance items
Final Sale Items
Sale rack and sale items are final sale — no exceptions.
Worn Merchandise
No worn merchandise will be accepted. If we receive worn merchandise, it will be returned to you and no store credit will be issued.
Return Shipping
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged and we have been notified. We do not cover return shipping for exchanges.
Bubble Lounge Boutique can provide a prepaid shipping label upon request; however, the cost will be deducted from your store credit upon receipt of the item.
Please securely pack and seal your return with the packing slip included. A packing slip or note with your order number must be included in all return packages. We are not liable for items lost in return shipping.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by email at: bubbleloungeboutique@gmail.com
Returns may take 2–5 business days to process from the date of arrival.
