Bubble Lounge Boutique Return Policy  

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy before purchasing as all policies are strictly enforced.

Bubble Lounge Boutique only offers EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.

 We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions before purchase.

Items can be returned within 7 days from the date your items are delivered or purchased in store.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned with original tags attached. If item in in packaging, it must be in original condition with no signs of damage to the packaging.   We do not take returns on cosmetics or skincare items, oils or fragrance items. Sale rack items are final sale- no exceptions. 

No worn merchandise will be accepted for return. If we receive worn merchandise- it will be returned to you no refund will be issued.

We do not pay for return shipping unless the product was damaged and we have been notified.

We do not pay return shipping for exchanges.

We recommend using USPS Priority Mail for your return to assure tracking capability or First Class with Tracking.

If upon receipt of your items you notice any damage, please notify us within one day of delivery by email at:

Please note for online purchases- returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the packing slip included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for return shipping.

Bubble Lounge Boutique does not provide shipping labels for returns.

Packing slip or a note with order number must be in included in your return packages.
